* Countries within the EU, US and Canada: Prices include free return and re-delivery for exchanges and free returns for refund.
** Non EU countries or outside the EU are subjected to import taxes.
*** Delivery times are estimates and are to be used as a guide only. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
We process and ship orders using a UPS courier service Monday-Friday from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm GMT+2 (excluding public holidays).
We aim to ship your order within one day after receiving your payment. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and link to the courier so you can monitor the delivery.
At the moment of delivery and signature, responsibility for your order passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. If the parcel bears any sign of damage upon delivery, please contact our customer care directly. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
If you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
The courier will try to deliver your order for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with contact details. Undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse.
In case you have chosen to have your parcel delivered in a pick-up point, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has arrived there. You have 10 days to pick up your parcel, after that period your parcel will return to our warehouse.
Due to international import laws, which vary by country, there are restrictions in importing various items. Please be aware of these restrictions when placing your order.
For Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates PO Box addresses are accepted on the condition that the contact name and contact phone number have been provided so the courier is able to contact you in the event of not being able to deliver the package. PO Boxes are excluded from UPS shipping guarantee and therefore neither UPS or Peter Pilotto can accept liability on missing or damaged shipments sent to such addresses. Please be aware that delays may occur when sending orders to PO Box addresses.
For United Arab Emirates
Deliveries sent to PO boxes within the UAE must include a full residential or business address within the for the consignee in addition to a contact telephone number.
All other countries
Unfortunately, as all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
