Returns

You are welcome to return any items that you have purchased on peterpilotto.com within 14 days of delivery using our free returns service. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the packaging provided. Where provided, belts, dust bags etc should be included. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged or received outside the returns period will not qualify for a refund.

Arranging a return

Using our free returns services you can choose to have your parcel picked up on a day that is convenient for you or return it to your local drop off point.

•Complete the returns form.
•Pack the products you wish to return in the packaging provided.
•Contact customercare@peterpilotto.com to arrange your return.

As soon as we have received your request, we will send you an email confirming your return and a pre-paid returns label.

Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a full refund to the original method of payment within 7 working days. You will receive email notification when your refund has been processed and/or your exchange has been dispatched.

You may return your items to us using your own shipper. If you do, we recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for them until they arrive at our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for the loss for any item(s) that you have chosen to send independently and recommend that you retain proof of sending. If you are returning your items independently please return them to: Sprint Pack Logistics, Tav Peter Pilotto Industrie, Park Noord 5A 9100, Sint-Niklaas, Belgium.

Items are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned from the original shipping country.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded.
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and safety.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. For returned items that were purchased by voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
